A total rip-off! Terrible advice regarding refilling the air conditioning. They emptied the system and charged €69 for it. Then they wanted to schedule another appointment for a leak test, which could cost up to €1000 in the worst-case scenario...wow! Exactly the same thing happened to my husband three years ago. Luckily, there are more competent auto repair shops where I was ultimately able to get help quickly and easily for a small fee. Other shops do the leak test in one go anyway and don't take the whole car apart... Thanks for nothing! It's a shame you can't give zero stars.

Mr. Kolmer and his team are competent and trustworthy. I had problems with my brakes, and they took me seriously immediately. My car was at their shop for almost two weeks, but Mr. Kolmer kept in constant communication, provided open and transparent cost estimates, and repaired everything after I gave my approval. I had a free loaner car for the entire time! Amazing service! I now feel very safe driving with my children again. Thank you so much!

For years, since I was my first car customer, and my whole family has been happy with them. Communication has always been open and clear, and I've never had a reason to complain. The option of free loaner cars (excluding fuel) has also made many things much easier and is simply fantastic.
