We adopted our magnificent Sunny a month ago. The personal contact was very nice. All questions were answered comprehensively and quickly. We were particularly impressed by the commitment with which the adoption process was supported. A really cute shop. With great decorations and furniture. The decorations are reasonably priced, so shopping there is still fun. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. Gifts are beautifully wrapped, and they even help you get everything into your car. Great shop with super friendly staff.

We were fortunate enough to adopt our beloved Mila, then called Sissi, about four years ago. Everything went wonderfully back then! What I really appreciated was that we were able to get to know Mila before making our decision. Two other organizations told me I had to choose an animal before I could even visit it, which I wouldn't have done. We are incredibly grateful to the Herzblut association for their dedication!
