We received comprehensive advice, were given various samples to take home, and ordered over 100 square meters of flooring, including baseboards, transition strips, etc., in a completely relaxed manner. We were never pressured into buying anything. Our wishes and needs were always taken into account. Wallpaper consultation (Mr. Hermann): We found exactly what we were looking for immediately after a thorough consultation. All the wallpaper was ordered for us from the same batch. We got everything from one source, including paste, primer, etc. Everything was very simple, straightforward, and professional. Staircase renovation: The measuring and quote preparation by Ms. Matschke was professional from start to finish. The renovation and work carried out by interior decorator Peter was simply, as the name suggests, AMAZING. Beautiful and professional. He also kept the work area clean and tidy every time over the course of five days. Peter was also a great person. We have truly never experienced such professionalism. In summary, we are very satisfied with Hammer and will definitely contact them again for future projects. Their quality and value for money are perfectly matched. If a similar product is offered at a lower price at a specialist retailer (Obi, Bauhaus, etc.), we can always point that out, and Hammer will match the price accordingly.
