Had contact by telephone. The lady on the phone was really trying but only understood half of what I wanted. Rejected with advice to go to my old dentist and you don't represent anyone. It's a shame if you're looking for a new dentist to be treated like that, but luckily there are other dentists who are looking for new patients.

Unfortunately, I can only echo the previous reviews. I arrived as a new patient and wasn't even greeted; it started right away. She then tried to clean my retainer, pulling on it more than cleaning it. She then tried to push a professional teeth cleaning on me for a whopping €150! She suggested I might have a cavity in one tooth, and I had to suggest an X-ray. When I wanted to discuss the X-ray, the dentist was on break. I had to make an appointment to discuss it… At home, I discovered that the retainer still wasn't clean. And according to her, "I don't even know if it's clean or not," meaning she wasn't sure herself. An incompetent dentist who just wants to make money off everything and doesn't listen to her patients. When I asked about it a second time, she snapped at me. The dental assistants, on the other hand, are more than friendly and very helpful. But even they couldn't make up for their unfriendly dentist.

Dr. Hamburger is the best dentist I've ever had! She administers the anesthetic injections with such care that it doesn't hurt at all. Furthermore, Dr. Hamburger and all her staff are very friendly and accommodating. And the professional teeth cleaning is completely painless. I'm a very anxious patient, but I always enjoy going to Dr. Hamburger.
