Addendum March 10, 2026: The five stars are expressly for the women in the practice. They are friendly, attentive, and truly make you feel like you're being taken seriously as a patient. Unfortunately, I had to see one of the two doctors again yesterday, with whom I feel extremely uncomfortable. During the entire consultation, the doctor barely looked at me. To me, this is not what respectful and caring treatment of patients looks like. Despite a less than positive MRI result, my request for a prescription for physiotherapy was initially met with the response that they first had to check what I had already received, as such prescriptions "always exceed the budget." As a patient who has suffered from herniated discs for years and has now been barely able to walk for almost four weeks, I'm honestly not interested in this internal budget issue at all. When I have pain and need medically appropriate treatment, the focus should be on providing care—not the practice's budget. As a patient, I expect my complaints to be addressed seriously and to be treated with respect and on equal terms. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed explanation of my MRI findings at the practice. Especially with such a finding, I would have appreciated a little more time and a clear explanation. Luckily, there's ChatGPT, where I was at least able to have some things explained to me afterward. Nevertheless, it should really be standard practice for patients to receive a clear explanation of their findings directly at the practice. Dr. Kuhl is simply the best, a very competent doctor! I feel incredibly comfortable with her, receive excellent care in all areas, and am thoroughly informed and advised! She's a doctor with great empathy and compassion. Many thanks also to Ms. Weber. Ms. Weber always has a smile and is always incredibly friendly and competent, no matter how busy she is.

Dr. Grote and Dr. Kuhl are very kind and competent, approachable, and understanding. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. They offer early morning consultations for working people, consultations on public holidays, and the practice is also open all day on Wednesdays. Excellent service!
