Customer service that's truly exceptional. Friendly, reliable, and fast. I had impressions made for music earplugs (elastin). I went there and picked them up – fantastic! I'd gladly go back anytime!

I give it a minus 5☆! I had an appointment on March 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM, arrived at 1:55 PM, and no one had noticed me until 2:35 PM. I then left the store, protesting to an employee, and will not be going back. Apparently, they don't want to sell anything, or they don't need to, or they think they're the only provider. In any case, the customer service is abysmal, or even abysmal.

I actually had to get a hearing aid recently. It's not easy when you're a bit vain, but Mr. Gentner, with his experience and wonderful way of dealing with people, put me at ease and gave me excellent advice. It's truly an amazing experience to hear better and be able to participate more in daily life again. Thank you so much for the excellent advice. You're in good hands with him.
