First of all, everyone there was very nice. But the hairdresser didn't do anything the way I wanted. I gave precise instructions on what I wanted and how I wanted it done (length, cut, beard) and even showed pictures. None of it was taken into account, and on top of that, the cut was uneven and poorly done. I was completely dissatisfied and tried to fix it myself. Now, two weeks later, the disaster is still extremely noticeable, hence this review. I cannot recommend it.

We're from Kassel and were in Alsfeld for a short trip. I wanted to get my hair cut shorter again and thought about getting some highlights. Alexander did it right away and really took his time. It was fantastic, and he did a superb job. I'm more than happy! 🥰
