The staff is friendly and competent, and Ms. Große is, in my opinion, unsurpassed as a hairdresser, both professionally and personally. She truly listens to your wishes and then implements them. It's always possible to exchange a friendly word without feeling like you're sitting there trembling, thinking to yourself, "Please concentrate on cutting your hair!" like in other salons. The conversations are always inspiring, never intrusive. The sensitivity here is just right. The price-performance ratio is good, booking an appointment is easy, so what more could you want? With that in mind, I recommend once again to anyone in the Herborn, Dillenburg, Wetzlar area, and perhaps even Gießen—get in your car and visit the "Firecutter" salon. I think it's worth it. ... And one more thing: Please DO NOT confuse this with another company in Herborn, which has more moderate reviews and is also still listed online under Ms. Große's name, but has not belonged to her for many years.
