Dr. Richter's team is wonderful. Last year, we had an incident where two men told me to leave because I was waiting for my husband... They said he didn't need a chaperone! Or that he was disabled! Please leave... That was incredibly rude of those men.

Unlike others, I had a very negative experience at this practice. It seems that information is either forgotten internally or the staff is simply incompetent. I also encountered very little empathy or friendliness from Dr. Richter. She conveys more of a "take it or leave it" mentality. The worst practice I've been to in years.

A friendly lady at reception greeted us; we had an appointment but were immediately informed that it would take some time due to the large number of additional patients. Yes, we did have to wait about 40 minutes, but the staff and the doctor took their time with my daughter, and we felt well-informed. Waiting times for specialist appointments are to be expected these days. The staff at all wards were very kind and tried to remain calm and composed despite the high volume of patients.
