I shop frequently and happily at Dross butcher shop in REWE...and thankfully, I've never been disappointed. On the contrary, yesterday I was thrilled with the beef steak, which I ate for the first time (in 30 years!), as I usually buy pork schnitzel, ground beef, minced pork, sausages, salads, etc.

Finally, a butcher who knows his craft‼️ Most of them are just cookie-cutter sausage makers and not butchers. Thank you, Michael, for your expertise.
