A very well-organized practice with friendly staff. I was already being treated five minutes before my appointment; the process was superbly coordinated, and they always had a smile for everyone. The reception staff were quick to register me. I was surprised when I made the appointment; my call was answered on the first try, and I had an appointment with a specialist within three weeks. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment by phone today because of my ear problems. The woman on the phone was very kind and friendly and really went out of her way to help me and find me an appointment quickly. Other practices only offered me an appointment in 3-4 months, but here I already got an appointment for next week. I think that's fantastic. Thank you so much!

Dr. Schmidt takes the time to answer questions, and he's friendly and thorough. He has a good, patient, and child-friendly way with my son.
