I went to a lawyer or notary, unfortunately to Ms. Nicola Sommer, to sign a preliminary contract to buy a house. I explained the situation to her; everything had been agreed upon with the homeowner. She gave me the paperwork, saying it would be no problem. We filled everything out with the seller, signed it, and returned it. For eight weeks, she did nothing. I then learned from the homeowner that Nicola Sommer was working behind my back, creating a mess. He asked why he was selling the house so cheaply and tried to draw up a preliminary contract for two years, proposing €1,500 in interest. He also said that if the repair costs exceeded €15,000, the homeowner would pay 25%, and I would have to pay the remaining costs. Perhaps they studied and became lawyers, but it's difficult to be a decent person; character speaks volumes. I just wanted to let you know, and I don't recommend this person to anyone.
