Dr. Müller and his colleague always take enough time to find the best solution. The waiting time is sometimes longer than desired, but it's still acceptable. The most important thing is that the doctors and staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a shame the receptionist is so unfriendly… I could understand it if there was a reason, but to just make a silly and personal comment out of the blue is simply very unprofessional… Well-meant advice: Please find a job you enjoy; then at least the patients will remain loyal to the practice because they'll always feel comfortable there!
