It’s a walk in barber shop which is good but also means one might have to wait abit longer before getting service. Also there are a couple of Afro hair products and extensions sold in the shop.

This is my third time getting my hair braided at this salon. I was very pleased both times. But the last time, an intern did my braids. They didn't even warn me about that! I sat there for 10 hours. During that time, they didn't even offer me water. The work was terrible. Why pay that much money? That was my last visit to this salon!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the salon. I had made an appointment and was on time, but I had to wait over an hour and a half because the hairdresser hadn't arrived yet. The manager himself was particularly disappointing: He was very arrogant and unfriendly, behavior I've never experienced in any salon before. Due to his demeanor and the long wait, I decided to cancel the appointment and not leave my money there. A salon should offer professionalism and customer service – I didn't experience either here. It's a real shame, so my clear recommendation: don't go.
