It was awesome.

The atmosphere there is generally good, however, there is a security guard who doesn't help women when they are harassed. I specifically asked for help and the response was that it was harmless. I was groped and simply not left alone. I think that's unacceptable and something definitely needs to be done about it.

This nightclub truly deserves the "Worst Disco" award. The only decent thing about this place is the service. The club isn't very spacious, and the owner/manager should really implement a capacity limit. I mean, people were getting trampled due to lack of space. Such generous space is usually only found in factory farms. After just 30 minutes, it was clear that either there was no DJ, or they just liked to play every song two or three times in 30 minutes. Music is subjective, of course, but this was simply awful. A smartphone with Spotify can do much better. The service was very attentive and friendly. We were asked every 20 minutes if we wanted another drink, and empty glasses were always cleared away immediately. Later in the evening, the service couldn't keep up, but you can't really blame them, as they also had to squeeze through the crowds to serve everyone. Conclusion: I really hope this was a one-off mistake; otherwise, I question the sanity of the people who keep going there. It makes me wonder: Are there no alternatives? Even after midnight, there are still 14-year-olds milling about in the grotto. Personally, I will avoid the grotto in the future.
