The Mühlenbäckerei in Holzhausen is a very tidy and beautiful bakery. The baked goods are beautifully presented and immediately beckon you to buy. The friendly and very competent employees ensure that you'll always enjoy shopping here. The witch's bread is very good, with a nice crust on the outside.

I was on my way to the National Automobile Museum in Dietzhölztal when my phone started arguing with me about navigation. There was a supermarket by the roadside. The owner didn't want to do business with me. (See Volume Three of the Trilogy) Then, near the exit, I saw a small bakery branch, haphazardly separated from the rest of the store. There I met Mrs. Tannenheger, a young, vibrant woman. She helped me not only with some tape but also with a pair of scissors. It took me a while to sort out my travel problems (a makeshift phone holder). During that time, I was treated to two cups of excellent coffee and two pieces of mandarin cake. Mrs. Tannenheger was friendly, polite, and attentive to everyone during this period. There are few people who still give me hope for this country, and she is certainly one of them.
