I received a letter from this company due to an error by my telecommunications provider. My telephone contact with their staff was very unfriendly. While they were clearly trying to provide information, their efforts were underscored by a passive annoyance. Information about further procedures had to be dragged out of them, and they repeated standard phrases over and over again. This is how you get caught up in such a mess through no fault of your own and are treated dismissively. Friendliness isn't a crime. These are my personal feelings.

After two years of working with them, we as a company have also decided to end our relationship. Creditreform is too superficial and works with poor lawyers. The clerks have no idea what they're doing. In conclusion, the annual fee isn't worth the service.
