I'm not used to such customer service...

Disappointed with the Ford dealership in Butzbach, I was fortunate enough to find this independent garage. All work is presented transparently (e.g., with pictures), and they consult with me about any additional work. Everything is explained in detail. The work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. The prices are reasonable. The service is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this garage.

Thanks to their excellent service, Mr. Sauer and his team not only saved our vacation, but also took excellent care of our four-wheeled patient. We were informed about the repair steps over the phone (with our consent regarding the need to procure spare parts), and today the car runs more quietly than before the breakdown. As I said: They took excellent care of us, we are completely satisfied, and we definitely recommend them!
