This was our first time here, and definitely not our last. The schnitzel and Franconian Schäufele (pork shoulder) were delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and we felt very comfortable. 🙂 Thank you.

Hello, we would like to thank the wonderful bistro for the warm welcome. We only had 20 minutes until the bus and wanted to grab a bite to eat. We said we didn't have much time, and the friendly lady offered to quickly fry up some fries. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious fries and a glass of fresh beer. But most importantly, we appreciated the warm welcome. They were happy to see us and we felt like truly welcome guests. I highly recommend it. Thank you again.

We've been going to Bistro Schirn for years and have never been disappointed. The absolute classic is the half-pint of Giggel (a kind of beer) with one of their delicious draft beers. The service is always friendly, and I really like the owner with his manner.
