The older gentleman in the service office is easily annoyed and unfriendly. After inspecting our car for its MOT (German vehicle inspection), he only gave vague information. After calling again to ask him to describe the repairs in more detail, I was told I could go somewhere else. When I asked why he was so unfriendly, he replied that he didn't want to discuss it and hung up. In other companies with customer service, he would be fired for that kind of behavior. Absolutely unacceptable!

Friendly and competent service, always solution-oriented. Even under the greatest stress, they always have an open ear for customer problems.
