I've only been there three times so far. During the first two visits, with the same technician, I was generally satisfied, even though I was told that the eyebrow tint wouldn't be as noticeable because I have gaps in my eyebrows. However, on my third visit, I was treated by a different technician without any prior notice, who was also quite nice. However, it's not very customer-friendly to have the technician changed without warning. Furthermore, I had significant problems on the way home. My vision was completely blurry. This lasted until late that evening. The next day, I had some small pustules on my face. When you go for a beauty treatment, you generally prefer to have the same person for each appointment and not suddenly have someone new at the chair without any prior notice, even if everything was otherwise fine.
