I was seen promptly due to my concerns and felt very well cared for throughout my visit. I would especially like to commend the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Even when I returned after my appointment to clarify a forgotten question, I was welcomed back without any problems. Thank you for the professional and pleasant service.

I didn't like the conversation with the doctor. She prescribed me new medication without examining me first, and she didn't perform a gynecological examination, even though I requested it and it was necessary. Instead, she told me several times that I was already an adult.

I recently visited the practice for the first time and was very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and the wait was minimal. I was treated by Ms. Helbig and felt very well cared for. She took her time and listened carefully to why I was there (which isn't always the case with doctors these days). She also conducted the examination thoroughly and sensitively. She always answered my questions and explained everything clearly. I'm very satisfied and grateful. In short: I highly recommend her! 😄
