Today, I almost broke down with a Renault. I called, was allowed to come over. The errors were read, checked, and finally I was able to drive the remaining 250 km home. Very friendly, helpful, and flexible. In contrast to the local Renault dealer, who immediately said I didn't need to come in because he didn't have time. I would love to have the service I experienced here anywhere in Germany.
