A complete disaster! We specifically called to get information since we were driving almost 400 km each way. In the end, we were given incorrect information. They didn't seem to apologize at all; it was quite obvious. We spent 800 km and about 9 hours in the car for one wrong piece of information. This shouldn't happen.
