It's great to know you can rely on your local garage even in emergencies! At the start of our vacation, after driving 450 km, our car broke down and we unfortunately couldn't continue our journey. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, a quick solution wasn't readily available. After informing Ms. Klingelhöfer about our situation, she and her entire team pulled out all the stops to help us. That same day, we received a loaner car (from Autohaus Salzmann, 450 km away) and our broken-down vehicle was transported to Rosenthal. This allowed us to continue our vacation without worry and, thanks to the hard work of the staff, pick up our own car afterward. A fantastic garage with helpful and reliable people.
