I recently had my car serviced at Autohaus Nau. I'm extremely satisfied. The team is friendly and the staff very competent. I had a couple of questions when I picked up the car, but my assigned service advisor had already left for the day. No problem at all. His younger colleague immediately came over and answered my questions. I'll definitely be coming back here again :). Highly recommended!

I bought a used Astra from the Nau dealership in Butzbach. Unfortunately, the car subsequently developed problems. The technical manager and the branch manager were very helpful and took excellent care of me. Unfortunately, after several repair attempts, the car couldn't be fully repaired. The dealership offered me a refund. I found the same model (but at Nau in Butzbach) in a different color, also in Butzbach. It's been running perfectly so far. I'm deducting half a point because of the disorganized salesman in Butzbach :) He's a really nice guy, but he needs to be a bit more organized. Thanks to the team for their support and help!
