⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to the on-call medical service in Wetzlar yesterday and I'm very satisfied. There's more than enough parking. The receptionist welcomed me immediately and was very friendly. I was seen right away and only had to wait a few minutes before I saw the doctor. The doctor took the time to talk with me and prescribed the appropriate medication, which I then picked up directly from the emergency pharmacy. I'm already feeling much better today. Many thanks to the whole team – you're doing a great job!

Hello! I was there on a Sunday around noon. The receptionist and the doctor were both very friendly and competent. After about 45 minutes, I was on my way to the pharmacy with a prescription. I would definitely go there again in an emergency!

I am truly speechless at such behavior! My husband is seriously ill and could barely stand. Despite this, the woman at the reception desk callously left him standing outside – in the cold! Other people who arrived after us were simply allowed in, while he had to wait outside. When he rang the bell again and politely asked if he could at least sit inside for a moment, he received the unbelievable reply: "If you are sick, go to the hospital." I have never experienced such disrespectful, unfriendly, and inhumane behavior. Especially in a doctor's office, one should expect compassion and a willingness to help – here, the opposite was true. Absolutely disappointing!
