I called countless times over the course of several days and didn't receive a call back. They confirmed this via text message, stating, "You can't expect me to spend all my phone calls on the phone." They only called me after I submitted this justified review (which is the truth). As a customer, I expected to be able to make an appointment, and that wasn't possible. I correctly reflected this in the review. It's also pointless for me to be able to book a treatment now, as it was a birthday present that has just ended. I also informed them of this, which they shamefully omit to mention here. The claim that I'm trying to ruin someone is outrageous. Anyone can see on my profile how many excellent reviews I've given for good services. You are a sad but justified exception. Instead of using this criticism (and that's exactly what reviews are for, to reflect the truth) and, for example, updating your website ("Appointments only possible after leaving a message on the answering machine") or introducing an online appointment scheduling system, you're insulting your customers by claiming you're trying to ruin them. That's truly sad.
