Based on my personal experience with this property management company, I can only advise against using them. Cooperation was extremely difficult: annual statements were repeatedly late or contained errors. Furthermore, the management company failed to attend meetings, and the handover to the new management company was highly flawed. I found the communication with authorities and service providers particularly problematic, leading to avoidable payment reminders and threatened gas/electricity disconnections. Unfortunately, I saw no awareness of the problems or any effort on the part of the management company to improve the situation.
